Umm, I registered my domain quickly and didn’t really run into any hassle. The whole setup was simple and straightforward.
"Decent uptime, but not flawless"
Ive been using shinjiru.com for a while now, and the uptime has been ok overall. My site is online most of the time, but I have noticed a few quick outages here and there, so its not completely perfect.
For my small site it wasnt a huge deal, but it can still be annoying when it happens. Support did reply when I reached out, though they werent exactly quick. Overall, Id say its average.

I’ve used Shinjiru a few times now, it loads really fast for me every time. I’m probably a bit biased because I can’t stand slow websites, but the pages open smoothly with no weird lag or waiting around. Even on my phone, it works just fine. Makes it a lot easier when I just need to check something quickly and move on
"Account was ready faster than I expected"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much, but the setup was actually done in just a few minutes. Smooth overall.

"Good privacy, but support has room to improve"
I used Shinjiru mostly because I wanted offshore hosting with solid privacy, and to be fair, they do seem to take that side of things seriously. The setup was fine overall, nothing too painful. That said, support can be a bit slow to get back sometimes, and the control panel felt a little confusing at first. It’s not a bad service by any means, just not quite perfect for what I needed.

I’m picky about who I trust with this kind of thing, but they’ve been solid so far. No issues yet, and everything has worked the way I expected.

"Easy to use, even though I was hesitant to switch"
I gave Shinjiru 5 stars because the site was really easy to use. I’ve been loyal to another provider for a while, so I wasn’t totally sure about trying something new, but this made the switch feel less stressful. I’m not super technical, and I was still able to find what I needed and get things set up without much trouble. The pages loaded fine, I didn’t feel lost clicking around, and everything was clear without a bunch of unnecessary clutter. Overall, it was a smooth experience and it definitely made me feel better about giving Shinjiru a chance

"Decent hosting, but the speed dips"
It’s been okay overall and most days it works fine. I just notice the site slowing down here and there, which gets a bit annoying when I’m trying to get things done. Not terrible, just wish it was more consistent. Anyway.

There was a lot of server locations to pick, which was nice. I found one close to where my users are, so that worked out good for me

"Pretty smooth move overall"
They helped move my sites over and, as far as I could tell, there weren’t any major problems. Support usually got back to me quickly and explained things in a way that was easy enough to follow. It probably saved me a good bit of time, and I’m happy with how the migration turned out.

I’ve been using shinjiru.com for a bit now, and for the most part it’s been okay. My site is usually up when I check it, and the speed seems decent enough, though I’m not really comparing it to anything super specific.
There have been a few random times where the site went down, and that was annoying. I couldn’t tell if it was something on their side, my setup, or something else, but support did get back to me eventually. Just not always as quickly as I would’ve liked.
Overall, it’s not a bad experience, but I wouldn’t call it perfect either. If you’re fine with mostly stable hosting and don’t need every little issue explained right away, it’s probably okay.

I’ve had to reach out to support a couple times. They did get back to me and the replies helped, but it took longer than I’d like. Overall it’s okay, just wish they were faster when it’s urgent

I had a problem with my hosting setup on Shinjiru, and I wasn’t really sure what I had messed up at first. I just knew something wasn’t working right, so I reached out to support and kind of expected the usual slow reply.
But they got back to me quickly, which was nice. And the reply didn’t feel like some copy-paste thing either. The staff actually looked into it, explained what was going on in a simple way, and I could follow it without feeling lost. Also, small thing, but that makes a big difference when you’re already annoyed with tech stuff.
In the end, they fixed everything without dragging it out too much. There wasn’t endless back and forth, which I really appreciated. I’m happy with how they handled it, and yeah, the support was better than I expected.
